Fees & Insurance
Current insurances and payments accepted: Self-pay, Carefirst, Cigna and Aetna. If you choose self-pay, superbills will be provided upon request for you to provide to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. ​​

Individual Therapy
What is the highest thought you have about yourself? What is the lowest? Do you know why or what has influenced those thoughts? Healing starts with questions just like this. These thought provoking questions allow us to peel back the layers of our story, struggles and pain to find what is hidden and what needs to be uprooted to ensure you continue to grow effectively. This process doesn’t have a time limit however, it doesn’t have to seem unattainable. We will walk with you through your journey and help you trust in the wings you have built in order to fly.

Group Therapy
Our story can come with a wide range of feelings to include shame, embarrassment and alienation. At Healing Her, we have found that engaging with others who have similar stories helps to reduce those negative feelings and promotes acceptance which leads to change. We offer groups that address healing internally and externally. Check them out here!

Family Crisis Intervention
Sometimes it is difficult to share heartbreaking news to our loved ones or even find the path forward after receiving such news. This is a short-term service where we will facilitate a therapeutic environment for you and your family to process life altering event(s) and identify an effective path forward.
